Overview

phpaldo operates the online casino and sports betting platform at phpaldo.co and is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the Platform. phpaldo has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules. To comply with PAGCOR's know-your-customer requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act, phpaldo may collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of address documents, and selfie photographs for liveness verification. These documents are processed securely and retained only as long as required by applicable law.

1.3 Financial and Transaction Data

phpaldo collects records of all transactions on your account, including deposit amounts and methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.), withdrawal requests and amounts, bet history and game play records, bonus credits and usage, and account balance history. This data is maintained for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

1.4 Technical and Usage Data

When you access phpaldo.co, we automatically collect certain technical information, including: IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, pages visited and features used, session duration and timestamps, and referral source. 3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, phpaldo processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to fulfil the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when creating your phpaldo account — including operating your account, processing transactions, and delivering gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with phpaldo's obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Data Privacy Act itself.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your own rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing for marketing and promotional communications, where you have given explicit and freely-given consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your phpaldo account settings.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

phpaldo does not sell or rent your personal data. phpaldo may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy:

4.1 Service Providers and Processors

phpaldo engages third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash/Maya/BPI/BDO and other Philippine payment networks), identity verification providers, cloud hosting services, customer support software providers, and analytics providers. These parties are bound by data processing agreements and are permitted to process your data only on phpaldo's instructions and for the purposes described in this Policy.

4.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

phpaldo may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or any other Philippine government authority where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory requirement. phpaldo will comply with such requests only to the extent legally required and will notify affected players where permitted to do so.

4.3 Game Suppliers

To deliver live casino and slot gaming services, phpaldo shares limited technical data (such as session tokens and game play logs) with certified game providers. These providers are contractually bound to use this data only for the purpose of delivering and auditing gaming services to phpaldo players.

5. Data Retention

phpaldo retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of time thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. The retention periods applicable to different categories of data include:

6. Data Security Measures

phpaldo implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and phpaldo's servers;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data to those with a legitimate need;
• Two-factor authentication for internal administrative access to systems containing player data;
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing of phpaldo's platform infrastructure;
• Incident response procedures including notification to the National Privacy Commission in the event of a personal data breach, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpaldo account credentials. phpaldo will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

phpaldo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyse how players use phpaldo.co. The cookies phpaldo uses fall into the following categories:

• Essential cookies: Strictly necessary for the phpaldo platform to function — including session authentication, security tokens, and platform state management. These cannot be disabled without disrupting Platform functionality.
• Analytics cookies: Used to understand how players use the phpaldo platform, which pages are most visited, and how players navigate between features. This data is aggregated and anonymised.
• Fraud prevention cookies: Used to detect suspicious behaviour patterns and protect phpaldo players from account compromise and fraudulent activity.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will affect the functionality of the phpaldo platform, including the ability to log in and maintain your session. phpaldo does not use advertising or tracking cookies for third-party behavioural advertising.

9. Minors and Age Restriction

The phpaldo platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. phpaldo does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is required at registration and phpaldo may request supporting documentation at any time to confirm eligibility.

If phpaldo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately close the associated account and delete all personal data collected from that individual, subject to any legal retention requirements that may apply. If you believe a minor has created an account on phpaldo, please contact phpaldo's support team immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

phpaldo's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game suppliers based in other jurisdictions — phpaldo ensures that such transfers comply with the Data Privacy Act's requirements for cross-border data flows, including that the receiving party provides an adequate level of data protection or is bound by appropriate contractual safeguards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

phpaldo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or phpaldo's data processing practices. Where changes are material — meaning they affect how your personal data is used or your rights as a data subject — phpaldo will notify registered players by email and/or a prominent notice on phpaldo.co at least 15 days before the changes take effect.

The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects when the current version came into force. The most current version of the phpaldo Privacy Policy is always available at phpaldo.co/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the phpaldo platform after a revised Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
