1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by phpaldo at phpaldo.co ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with phpaldo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the phpaldo platform.

If you are accessing the phpaldo platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that third party to these Terms. phpaldo's acceptance of your use of the Platform is expressly conditioned upon your agreement to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use the phpaldo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the phpaldo platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and PAGCOR's licensing conditions.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phpaldo, PAGCOR, or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of phpaldo or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game suppliers.

phpaldo reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access phpaldo's gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the phpaldo platform. The registration or use of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. phpaldo uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phpaldo may close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpaldo account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) notify phpaldo support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and (d) log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices.

phpaldo will never ask for your account password via SMS, live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any such request is not from phpaldo and may be a phishing attempt — do not comply.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phpaldo is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR's know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. You agree to provide phpaldo with any documentation it requests for identity verification, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by phpaldo may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

phpaldo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso. phpaldo does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which phpaldo accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a payment method registered in the same name as the phpaldo account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of phpaldo's KYC verification requirements. phpaldo targets processing times of 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals under normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phpaldo is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without meaningful gambling activity, or any other conduct designed to launder funds through the phpaldo platform, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. phpaldo may charge an account maintenance fee on inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address before any deductions are made. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the applicable inactive period.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General

All betting and gaming activities on phpaldo are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game type — slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and any other game available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund or reversal of any wager.

5.2 Void Bets

phpaldo reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of: (a) a system error or malfunction; (b) an obvious pricing error; (c) information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed; or (d) any prohibited conduct described in Section 7. In the event a bet is voided, the wager amount will be returned to the player's phpaldo account.

5.3 Sports Betting

phpaldo's sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting on Philippine and international sports events, including the PBA, UAAP, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and major football leagues. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the player and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are fixed for that bet, subject to Clause 5.2.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on phpaldo. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market. phpaldo reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and without prior notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phpaldo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Bonuses are credited to a player's promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. phpaldo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Abuse of any bonus or promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or any form of bonus arbitrage — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpaldo platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering for or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account on the phpaldo platform;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform — any such issues must be reported to phpaldo support immediately;
• Colluding with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the phpaldo platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpaldo staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpaldo platform — including but not limited to the phpaldo logo, brand name, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and other materials — is the proprietary property of phpaldo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phpaldo platform without prior written permission from phpaldo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpaldo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the phpaldo platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

phpaldo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phpaldo's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.

phpaldo is not responsible for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; the player's use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; system failures outside phpaldo's reasonable control (force majeure events); or the player's failure to follow security recommendations for their account.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

phpaldo collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering for a phpaldo account, you consent to phpaldo's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

phpaldo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass or complete required KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Compliance with a regulatory requirement or legal order;
• Account inactivity as described in Section 4.4.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phpaldo account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus balances) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phpaldo platform that cannot be resolved through phpaldo's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players who wish to raise a dispute with phpaldo should first contact customer support through the live chat channel to attempt resolution informally. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, players may escalate the matter in writing to phpaldo's management team via the contact email displayed in the website footer.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phpaldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phpaldo will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the phpaldo platform. Your continued use of the phpaldo platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
